1) Advanced Workflows With Approvals
You can use Legito’s automated Workflows and Approvals for both Internal Document Records (Legito Smart Documents created from Automated Templates) and External Document Records (documents created outside Legito, typically uploaded to Legito as Word or PDF files).
It’s easy to configure Workflows for your Smart Document Workspace in My Account => Settings => Workflows:
Set Statuses for your documents according to the defined process:
Define a list of Approvers:
Approve or Reject Documents:
2) Data Import Between (Unrelated) Smart Documents
3) Version Compare
