Use Legito For Repetitive Collaboration With Your Clients
We recommend for this use-case to create a user account for your client since this type of cooperation would require repetitive access to all documents, document management and the ability to communicate in Legito. All other use-cases listed below can be done just via external sharing.
You can assign to user-client selected automated document templates only or you won’t assign any templates to such user-client and will just share selected smart documents with her/him. You the first option if a user-client will use some of your templates repeatedly.
Make sure that you set appropriate permissions so your users won’t see other users or documents of other users (Learn more). You can also create a department for your client and assign all employees of such a client to such a department. In such a case, they will be able to see each other and collaborate on documents but won’t see any other users or documents.
