Use Legito For Acquiring New Clients Online

This last use-case is about the automated or semi-automated acquisition of clients for common (standardized) cases such as a company formation, a refund for delayed flights, damages from car accidents, class-actions, real-estate transfers, escrows, collecting of small debts, warranty or insurance claims, etc.

So how can Legito help?

Create a questionnaire (form) with a sequence of document templates (all in one bundle) for a standardized case for which you intend to acquire clients (semi)automatically. Typically, documents such as Power of Attorney, Engagement Letter, Cease and Deist Letter, Notice, Settlement Agreement, Action, etc. are automated together in this use-case.

Click to Share, activate External sharing, choose that you want to share Template, set the link to Permanent, give your potential clients permission to Edit document, select owner and status of a document created from shared automated document template, and send generated link to your client. You can use such link for all clients since you are sharing Template (not Document), therefore each time your client will click on the link, she/he will start always with blanked template and each save will be a new (separate) document which is not accessible via a link to Template.

Then add such a link to your website, email it to your mailing list, share the link at social media or use PPC campaigns at Google referring to the link.

In Legito Document Management, you will immediately see each questionnaire filled-in and send by your potential client. Then, you will be able to continue in the process from each questionnaire, evaluate the case and if accepted, automatically generate all necessary documents using setting and data from the questionnaire.

1) Company Formation

Business case description:

Company formation is one of the most common legal services which is highly standardized. Clients demand to make this process as fast and smooth as possible, and 100% online for a client. The first step of the process is a questionnaire in which a client fill-in all basic information of a company that should be formed.

You can see the form and change any of its data or settings if needed.

All documents that are needed for company formation were automatically created from the questionnaire. Of course, clients can’t see them.

And also change the status of the company formation project, assign it to other colleagues or share it.


2) Flight Claims

Business case description:

Almost all of us fly. Flight claims are high-volume type and highly standardized type of dispute. Legito can help automate this process and acquire as many clients for this case as possible. The first step of the process is a questionnaire in which people who suffer damage connected with their flight specify their claim.
